Activities of Quality Assurance department.
Starting from the beginning i.e. Incoming of Raw Material/ Packing Material, Sampling Testing, Identitification, Stroage and Issue of raw materials, it is the duty of the Quality Assurance department to keep vigil on the whole manufacturing process, carrying in-process test, process validation, method validation, development of new procedure etc. the responsibilities of Q.A. are defined under point 1.9.2.
Activities of quality Control department.
Analysis of raw materials, final product, before and after packing, storing of control samples. Records of Q.C. department and to perform testing. All the documents relating to the batch processing, packing and testing of each batch of final product has been checked before authorizing release for distribution.
